Alexander Brothers Charged in Sex Trafficking Case: How Our Law Firm Can Help Victims in Florida

Michael T. Flanagan, Esq.

Federal prosecutors have unveiled shocking allegations against Tal, Oren, and Alon Alexander—prominent figures in Manhattan’s luxury real estate market. The unsealed indictment accuses the brothers of drugging, raping, and sexually assaulting dozens of victims over more than two decades. The allegations span from their high school years in Miami to recent years, involving coordinated schemes to lure victims through promises of luxury travel, accommodations, and access to high-profile events.

The indictment alleges that the Alexander brothers, who rose to prominence as top real estate agents in Manhattan, exploited their wealth and influence to facilitate their crimes. They are accused of:

  • Sex Trafficking: Using force, fraud, and coercion to transport victims to luxury destinations where they were sexually assaulted.
  • Drugging Victims: Prosecutors allege that the brothers incapacitated women to commit acts of sexual violence.
  • Conspiracy: The brothers face charges of conspiring to commit sex trafficking, with Tal Alexander facing an additional charge for specific acts of trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion.

Recovered digital evidence, including iCloud messages and WhatsApp chats, reportedly shows detailed plans for trips, discussing the “import” of women and the use of drugs like cocaine, mushrooms, and GHB to facilitate assaults. These incidents reportedly occurred in New York, Miami, and international locations such as Tulum, Mexico.

The brothers were arrested in Miami and are awaiting trial in the Southern District of New York. Prosecutors have pushed for their continued detention, citing the significant danger they pose to the community and the risk of flight given their financial means and international connections.

Additionally, the Alexanders have been named in multiple civil lawsuits alleging sexual assault. Victims claim they were subjected to coordinated attacks involving multiple brothers. Civil cases like these allow survivors to seek justice and compensation for their physical and emotional suffering.
